About The Truett Family
Truett Family Realty and Construction is family owned and operated by Robert and Nancy Truett. Both Robert and Nancy have lived in Murphy most of their lives and have raised their family here in the beautiful Western North Carolina mountains. They love the area and love finding properties for their clients that fit their needs and dreams.
Truett Family Realty is a full service company that goes above and beyond what is normally expected. They are licensed in 3 states (North Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee) and specialize in all aspects of real estate from beginning to end.
Nancy is a Murphy native having been born and raised here and has been Broker-in-Charge of Truett Family Realty since 1997. She is licencsed in North Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee and works diligently to find properties that suit her clients needs. She and Robert take great pleasure in helping to make "dreams come true".
Robert has over 40 years in the grading business and has the machinery and the skills to tackle any type excavation work. He builds roads, puts in home sites, septic systems and anything involving site prep. He also is a Licensed General Contractor and can custom build any type home you might want. He is licenced in North Carolina and Georgia for septic installations and septic inspections and he holds a license for public utilites installation as well.
